Dandakosaurus is a Ceratosaur from early Jurassic India. It is known from very little remains, and judging size for it is very hard. Estimates range from 10 feet to 30 feet. I personally believe it could get to be 25-30 feet. That is large for a Ceratosaur, but not unheard of. It was probably the top, or at least one of the top predators of its area and time, and would have been able to steal smaller carnivore's meal.
