Hateg Island was an Island that is now present day Romania. It was cut off from the rest of Europe, and that limited resources. This means the big dinosaurs are a perfect example of the saying "This island isn't big enough for the two of us." Eventually, all the big dinosaurs either died or adapted to the limited resources. This means that the dinosaurs who adapted got smaller. Even the sauropods were small. The predators also adapted, like Balaur. It is a Dromeaosaur that had two killing claws and was quite heavy for a Dromeaosaur. This happened because of the island's limited resources, and overall dwarfism of all the dinosaurs on it. Some dinosaurs found from Hateg are: Bradycneme, Balaur, Magyarosaurus, Telmatosaurus, Eloptryx, and traces of an Abelisaur, possibly Tarascosaurus (or at least a small version of one). Also, a giant Pterosaur with a wingspan of 45+ feet called Hatzegopteryx.
