Sinotyrannus was a tyrannosaur from early Cretaceous China. Its fossils suggest a carnivore up to 33 feet long and 4 tons. It could have had feathers, and unlike other tyrannosaurs, it had three fingers. Sinotyrannus was very similar to Yutyrannus, and they probably competed for food. It being a Tyrannosaur, Sinotyrannus had a very powerful bite force of nearly 1.5 tons. Its three fingered arms where surprisingly long and where probably used in battle more than the more advanced Tyrannosaurs like Nanotyannus.
